We wanted to inform you about some known technology issues currently affecting our classrooms. Our IT team is actively working on resolving these issues.
We are aware of the following problems:
- Rockwell Hall ALL – Lighting is not controllable from touch panels. Lighting can be adjusted at light switches on walls.
- Rockwell Hall 036 – Red Button not creating a ticket (Alert is heard in Help Desk) – (Fix ongoing)
- Rockwell Hall 139 – Red Button not available. Lists wrong phone number. Should be 491-5968 (Will correct number today, Red Button Fix ongoing)
- Rockwell Hall 169 – Shade controls are not working (Repair Window will have to be scheduled for night/weekend hours in the future)
- Rockwell Hall 170 - The Right display has black spots on the bottom (Repair Window will have to be scheduled for night/weekend hours in the future), Shade controls not working
- Rockwell Hall 172 – Shade controls are not working (Repair Window 2/7/25 Afternoon)
- Rockwell West 105 – Lighting Controls non-functional, Use light switches on walls to adjust.
- Rockwell West 213 – SurfaceHub Display turns off intermittently (Swapping hardware on Friday Afternoon 1/31/2025), Shade Control not working
- Rockwell West 222 – SurfaceHub is not recognizing Podium PC unless Wired Connection is selected [Repair Window Friday AM 1/31/25]
