Send Email as an Outlook Group

Outlook Groups are different from Shared Mailboxes or Distribution Groups.  A Group can exist as part of a Team and be used for Outlook email.

To send email from and Outlook Group.

1. Create a Distribution Group in ACNS Resource Coordinator Tools and populate with users.
2. Send that Distribution Group to windows@colostate.edu and request Send As permissions be granted to the DG for the Outlook Group.
3. Send As in Outlook by changing the From address in a New Message.
