Frequently asked questions

I am experiencing feedback on a hybrid call

1. This can often occur if multiple participants are connected to a call with their microphones turned on. To eliminate feedback, make sure that only one participant who is physically located in the room has their microphone on (including the Crestron Mercury device if it is connected to a call)

The projector screen is going up without me doing anything

1. In order to conserve energy, the projector is programmed to turn off and the screen return to the up position after 10 minutes of inactivity. To turn back on, press anywhere on the Crestron Mercury tabletop device or connect your device to the cable.

How can I get a remote clicker to advance my PowerPoint slides?

1. Please visit the IT Help Desk in Rockwell Hall 37 (located in the basement on the south side of the building) and ask to check out a remote clicker. This clicker can plug into an available USB port on your device.
